Quick Note

Just wanted to quickly let you, my possible three readers, know that I have not abandoned you! I have simply been re-adjusting to my work schedule, post winter break. In fact, I have purchased every ingredient on the Healthy Staple-Ingredients List, and have already begun baking and cooking wonderful organic delights! When I get a chance, I will share in detail. For now...

  2. Hey Rachel! Thanks :) It really is a great baked falafal. I'd add more lemon than the recipe, but that's just me... I also ended up making some creamy hummus to dip - mom's recipe. Wish I had tomatoes, mint, and pita that night to make a sandwich. Next time.
